The course was attended by more than 60 speakers and participants from around the world, including government officials, nuclear industry and contractor representatives, members of the academic community, and graduate students

Seminars were led by well respected nuclear nonproliferation practitioners who understand how proliferants seek nuclear weapons and have helped to design international strategies to deter, detect and thwart nuclear proliferation
Ample opportunities for interaction among participants and with seminar speakers allowed for detailed discussions and professional contacts

The course also featured demonstrations of new verification techniques; in this case, Corey Hinderstein prepares to show how commercial satellite imagery can be used to support nonproliferation verification arrangements
