South African Documents

Overview

The following are court documents in the case against Daniel Geiges, Gerhard Wisser and Krisch Engineering in South Africa.  The first document is a 2007 indictment against Geiges and Wisser outlining the charges against them.  The next document is a statements of facts in the case.  The next document is Wisser’s 2007 Plea and Sentence Agreement and relevant facts in the case.  The fourth document, Wisser’s statement in a firearm license application in 1984, demonstrates his level of involvement with South African government contracts.  The fifth document is a statement given by BSA Tahir, Khan’s deputy, in the case against Geiges and Wisser.
