Project A.B. Offer to Iraq from the Khan network.  Document handed over to the director general of the Iraqi Mukhabarat front company Technical Consultations Corporation by Pakistani Malik Zahid, who claimed to work for a Pakistani company owned by Abdul Qayum Khan, the brother of A.Q. Khan.  IAEA Action Team inspectors interpreted the word pursued in point 5 to mean persuaded.  Project A.B. stands for Project Atomic Bomb.  For additional information, see Peddling Peril, chapter 4.
